Tops

Our Bagging Progress
A Munro Top is a Scottish hill/peak that is at least 3000ft / 914.4m in height, but is deemed to fail the additional distance or separation rule from a neighbouring "parent" Munro. Sir Hugh Munro (1856 - 1919) originally compiled the now famous list of Munros and subsidiary Tops, which has seen several revisions. As of 2012 there are 226 Munro Tops on the list maintained by the Scottish Mountaineering Club (SMC).
